Boundaries Public Forum Offers Scenarios, Time For Feedback
Posted September 28, 2018
Westside Community Schools is evaluating how to balance District enrollment, giving consideration to educational, financial, and community concerns, with the specific focus on optimizing new space at Sunset Hills Elementary School. Through research, data, open discussion and idea sharing, we will determine what is the best path for Westside Community Schools and our students, a process that will affect elementary attendance areas/boundaries for the 2019-2020 school year.
A Public Forum took place Thursday, September 27, 2018 at 6:00pm at Sunset Hills Elementary School. All interested were invited to examine three potential boundary scenarios proposed to the Boundary Committee on 9/20, and offer their feedback. These are only proposed scenarios; no decisions have been made.
