Westside grad dazzles America on ‘The Voice’
Hannah Goebel, a 2015 graduate of Westside High School, will continue appearing on the national hit TV show ‘The Voice’ after dazzling audiences across America Monday night with her incredible singing talents.
Hannah was selected by all four celebrity judges on Monday night’s audition show. Years before trying out for ‘The Voice, Hannah performed with Westside’s Simply Irresistible and was a featured soloist on Cabaret Night, she performed the national anthem for the College World Series, and she moved to Nashville to pursue a music career.
“I’m not surprised at her success,” said Goebel’s former music teacher, Westside High School’s Doran Johnson. “She was very passionate about following her dreams of being a performer.”
“She did amazing!” said Westside High School R.N. Deb Raven. “So proud of our WHS grads!”
To all Westside students, and anyone watching her from Nebraska, Hannah has a message: “Just to always follow your dream and to never ever give up!!”
